When you submit information to us through the contact form it is sent directly to Carolina Read. This email is only accessed by Carolina Read.
After responding to the email and resolving the enquiry, the email will be deleted. You are not added to any list or marketing campaign and your data is not retained unless this is explicitly requested by yourself in writing.

Mike Smith is our website developer through Digital Smithy. As the developer of our site he has access to all data on the site. Both parties signed an agreement stating that Digital Smithy will not access or act upon any data relating to Carolina Read without our explicit consent. We have ensured that Digital Smithy abides by the GDPR and treats all our data and that of any website users, members and email contacts in strict confidence.
